ALTESYST

In order to answer to the needs of its clients, AltéAd SERA is launching « Altesyst », a new range of products fully dedicated to automation. Altesyst is a panel which enables the control of several stages of the production process like dosing, mixing, weighing, drying, bagging, transfer, but also a control of machines: hammermill, pelletmill, extruder, mixer, crumbler, cooler…

For each product of Altesyst range, 3 versions are available (Basic, Pro, Expert) with several functionalities. The inside of the panel contains all PLC equipments and the outside contains an indicator and a Human Machine Interface enabling the operator to fulfill preprogrammed tasks and to control the functioning of equipments.

Altesyst is the economical and scalable solution for food industry specialists, in order to secure, perpetuate and optimize their production, but also their machineries and equipments. Altesyst is a good way of automating your production line step by step.

ALTESOFT

Within the scope of developing its services and products, AltéAd SERA has developed a powerful, open and scalable tool for automation, supervision and optimization for the food industry: AltéSoft.

AltéSoft is a supervision software, which can manage manufacturing processes. This software is programmed following different components interchangeable and easy to be set, which can ensure good development opportunities for the system.

AltéSoft ensures automatic manufacturing, controls the whole process, but also make sure of the traceability of the products and the process and helps for the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) management.
